If it can sit still, it can be stamped!

Chocolate Tin Purse

I went Easter shopping at our local Christmas Tree Shop this weekend (I know, that seems a little bass ackwards…) and found these tins for $1.  I just KNEW that I could fit either peppermint patties or nuggets in them.  The nuggets fit the best.  Originally, it had a plastic insert with fudge in it.  Here are pics of the before and after!!

I used my crop-a-dile to punch holes for the handle and to make a ribbon hinge.

Berry Bliss-ful Mailbox

mailbox-1.jpgEvery year, Target has these AWESOME mailboxes in the dollar spot.  I originally was going to decorate and give these to my kids’ classes – but time got the best of me.  When does it not? Wednesday is the quarterly meeting with my upline, and she asked me to demo a mailbox project.  This is what I came up with – I hope it’s enough!!!  I always feel like I want to add more…..  This was made with less than one sheet of Berry Bliss paper.

Trapezoid Altered Purse

Here is my latest creation – the Trapezoid Altered Purse. I got the purse @ AC Moore, and covered with SU!’s new Cerise paper. The ribbon bows use SU’s red and white 1/4″ grosgrain ribbon. I thought that this would make a great gift sometime.
