Got Stamps?

If it can sit still, it can be stamped!

Triangle Boxes

I am on a triangle box kick! They look so complicated, but are really easy!!

1) First, make an equilateral triangle. (I used my Creative Memories paper trimmer because it has the 60 degree angle on it).
2) Next, score your cardstock 1/2″ down from the top of your cardstock.
3) Place a corner of your triangle on the left edge, with the bottom along the score line (triangle will be upside down), and trace it. Flip it and put it next to the one you just traced. Do this a third time.
4) Take your triangle template and line up the bottom with the middle traced triangle and trace.
5) You now have one big giant triangle divided up evenly. Now score on all of the lines (exterior and interior).
6) Cut triangle 1/2″ away from the sides. Stamp as desired.
7) Punch hole in the three corners of the triangle so that when you pull it all together you can secure the sides all at once with a ribbon.

The bandana sample that I made uses the “Wanted” set from Stampin’ Up!, and the flower sample that I made uses the now retired “Friends and Flowers” Simply Scrappin’ Kit and some of the new On Board Chipboard.
